The word YOGA is derived from the sanskrit root yuj meaning to bind, join, attach and yoke, to direct and concentrate one’s attention on, to use and apply. It also means union or communion. It is the true union of our will with the will of God. ‘It thus means’, says Mahadev Desai in his introduction to the Gita according to Gandhi, ‘the yoking of all the powers of the body, mind and soul to God; it means the disciplining of the intellect, the mind, the emotions, the will, which that Yoga presupposes; it means a poise of the soul which enables one to look at life in all aspects evenly.

Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.

Committed to transforming humans into yogis

” If you wish to make anything grow, you must understand it, and understand it in a very real sense. "Green fingers" are a fact and a mystery only to the unpracticed. But green fingers are the extensions of a verdant heart.” - Russell page

Yoga & Ayurveda the sciences of self-realization & self-healing.

“ Life (Ayu) is the combination (samyoga) of body senses, mind & reincarnating soul. Ayurveda is the most sacred science of life, beneficial to humans both in this world and the world beyond. “ - Charaka Samhita, Sutrasthana I.42 - 34

What’s Unique

Imagine stepping into a journey that transforms not just how you understand Yoga, but how you live and breathe in harmony with the world around you.

Our Yoga Teacher Training calls you home to Ibiza—not the island of endless nights, but the sacred land of ancient olive groves, crystalline waters, and earth that pulses with timeless wisdom.

Here, where the Mediterranean sun kisses your skin each morning, you’ll feel the ancient pulse of Ayurvedic wisdom flowing through your days as you learn to listen deeply to your body’s rhythms. Your hands will learn the sacred art of fundamentals to gardening, the gentle science of companion planting, and the quiet magic of seed saving as you kneel in Ibiza’s rich, red soil.

You’ll learn principles that mirror the flow of your yoga practice through Ayurveda, whilst watching life unfold in the company of kindred spirits  beneath endless blue skies.

The tree you will plant becomes a living prayer, each sustainable skill a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern living. You’ll commune with the elements like you gather breath, create natural remedies from herbs you’ve harvested yourself, and discover how the island’s cycles teach us to live with less waste and more wonder.

This isn’t just training—it’s a love affair with life itself, cradled by Ibiza’s wild beauty and healing energy. You’ll discover that yoga extends far beyond your mat, weaving through every breath of salt-sweet air, every meal grown from veggies from these lands, every sunset that paints the sky in impossible colors and finds you more skilled, rooted, and radiant than the day before.

Your body will remember what it means to be truly nourished by island rhythms. Your spirit will expand like the endless horizon stretching before you. Your teaching will carry the authentic wisdom that can only come from living what you share in this magical place.

Come home to yourself.

Come home to Ibiza.

Let your practices become a way of loving yourself first, then the world, to get back to wholeness.
